Published Oct 24, 2019Coldplay have been cryptically rolling out their next project, a double-album titled Everyday Life, and now they've confirmed the record's tracklist.
The band planted tracklistings in the classifieds sections of newspapers around the world, including the Sydney Morning Herald and the North Wales Daily Post — where guitarist Jonny Buckland once had a summer job.
The ads confirm the record's title, and that the double-album is divided into halves called "Sunrise" and "Sunset." It also confirms the rumoured release date of November 22.
Amongst the track titles revealed are songs called "Trouble in Town," "BrokEn," "Guns," "Orphans" and "Cry Cry Cry" — so we're guessing it's not a particularly cheery record.
See the newspaper ads below.
They follow other mysterious rollout tactics like letters mailed to fans and international poster campaigns.
