'The New Mutants' Finally Gets a Proper Trailer and Release Date

At long last, we're getting a proper glimpse at the long-delayed X-Men spinoff film The New Mutants, which finally now has a proper release date.

Over two years after an initial teaser, The New Mutants now has a full-fledged trailer. Directed by Josh Boone, the film was originally slated to arrive in 2018 until getting pushed to 2019.

Now after after all those delays — not to mention the Disney/20th Century Fox merger — the film has been fit with a 2020 release date of April 3.

The film stars Anya Taylor-Joy, Maisie Williams, Henry Zaga, Blu Hunt and Charlie Heaton as a team of young mutants who are coming to grips with their newfound powers, which are on full display in the trailer below.
